LASERAWAY PURCHASE TERMS

The LaserAway Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern the terms of sale of any of our products or services to you. In addition, certain of our products and services may be subject to additional sales terms and policies. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Purchase Terms, and additional sales terms and policies applicable to your purchase, as well as the LaserAway Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which contain an arbitration provision and a waiver of class-action claims, among other provisions. These Purchase Terms and any additional sales terms and policies applicable to your purchase are Additional Terms, as defined by the Terms.

Offers of Services and Products

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

We reserve the right to limit, prohibit or cancel orders of products or services to any account, in our sole discretion. If we limit or cancel an order we will try, but are not obligated, to contact you per your provided contact information or through your account.

LaserAway shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is properly canceled, LaserAway will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify LaserAway’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of LaserAway’s offer to sell. LaserAway reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If permitted by applicable law, LaserAway reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if you purchased a product. LaserAway may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Prices & Payment

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our products and services at any time without prior notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error received from its suppliers, LaserAway shall have the right, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Treatments offered at LaserAway are voluntary, elective procedures and are not covered by public or private insurance plans. LaserAway will not submit any claims to any insurance carriers. Payment is due before services are rendered. Patients are personally responsible for all fees and charges incurred in connection with their purchase.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and any applicable taxes. LaserAway may automatically charge and withhold any applicable sales taxes for purchases. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, including on orders shipped to you.

Chargebacks

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of your payment method charge placed on the Sites. In the event you pay for products using your payment method and subsequently “charge back” your purchase through your merchant account provider, LaserAway reserves the right to terminate all pending orders and transactions immediately, in addition to any and all available remedies at law or in equity. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. You agree that you will not charge back any amounts charged to your payment method on the Site. If you initiate a chargeback a payment, you agree that we may recover the amount of the charge back, in addition to any amount charged to us by your payment method provider for such charge back, by any means deemed permissible, including but not limited to recharging your payment method or having the amount recovered by a collection agency. If you feel that your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact us for immediate resolution.

Shipping

You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Orders may take 24-48 hours to process (or longer, on average 48-72 hours, during peak seasons/holidays). Orders placed after 11pm PT on Friday, may not go out until the following Monday. Some carriers/areas exclude Saturday or Sunday delivery.

To request expedited delivery, please submit an email to: [email protected] to troubleshoot any shipping questions. Depending on time of day, or weekends, expedited shipping may possibly go out the following day or that Monday for pick up. This may mean an overnight delivery can take up to 2-3+ days before an item is scanned for pick up and delivery. Any shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Services

We offer numerous services related to aesthetic dermatology. You can learn more about each service here: FAQs. LaserAway is a non-tipping facility. You agree to cooperate with LaserAway in our performance of any services you purchase, including by following all instructions provided by us relating to your treatment before, during, and after the treatment is provided. Our instructions may include but not be limited to care and activity instructions, policies on pets and children in our clinics, and/or behavior during your treatment. Occasionally additional services and/or treatments for problems or complications may be required. These could result in charges for additional services for which you may be responsible.

Cancellation Policy

LaserAway has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked.

Returns and Refunds

LaserAway Treatments

All sales are final. For any treatments included as free with your other purchases, all paid treatments are rendered before free services, and free services have no refund value. Unused/unrendered treatments may not be transferred to another customer. Should LaserAway decide in its sole discretion to provide a refund, it reserves the right to refund for store credit only.
