I have been going to the Sacramento Midtown location for about 6 months now for both Clear & Brilliant and Hair Removal and I have enjoyed every visit. Everyone from the front desk staff, Management, security and Nurses have been nothing but professional, knowledgable and do an excellent job making me feel at home. When I enter the building it’s like going to Cheers, everyone knows my name lol. I’d like to call out a couple people specifically that have gone above and beyond for me during my time at LA. MASON, has been a gem and a half the entire time I’ve been going to LA. Mason always has a smile on his face, a great attitude and is always ready to serve anyone that wants time and services at LA. He deserves a raise. PEGGY has created a welcoming atmosphere for the midtown location. I have had the best exchanges with Peggy for months and found out today she is the manager of this location. As a manager myself, Peggy has done an incredible job with this team and it is reflected in how she interacts with the team and how they interact and respect her. She makes sure that the team makes everyone feel cared for, seen, heard and important. A clients goals with Laser Away become Peggy’s goals and she will do everything she can to make your goals your reality. She deserves a raise. Alyssa is very interpersonal and knows every in and out of their treatment menu, she worked with me to understand CoolScupt. Zhaleh and Mason are always sweet and friendly faces in the lobby that keep me informed about deals and events. I love getting treatments from nurses Carla and Lauren; they’re gentle and have a great clinical approach. Dr. Will Kirby, D.O., FAOCD

Dr. Will Kirby holds a degree in Biology from Emory University and earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to complete his dermatology residency through Western University/Pacific Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology.

Since 2015, Dr. Kirby has served as the Chief Medical Officer of LaserAway. Under his leadership, the medical team continues to raise the bar in aesthetic dermatology—prioritizing innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care across all LaserAway locations.
